    I've enabled "print PSNR" but I can't find the generated log anywhere. Where is the psnr_hhmmss.log located?

    At the first level of your hard disk (assuming you're using mencoder engine to encode).

    Ah, thanks, Major. The "print psnr" can be enabled while using "Decode with QT" in the SVCD ffmpeg preset. I didn't realize that it was limited to mencoder only.
