    I'm encoding DivX with .srt/.sub subtitles to DVD/SVCD with embedded subtitles through TMPGEnc or WinAVIvideoconverter. No problems whatsoever regarding the movie, but the subtitles skips themselves pretty often. They look great in the computer, but after conversion I see that it has skipped lines every now and then, and we're talking about subtitles totally skipping sometimes for a full minute and sometimes only for a line. Very very annoying.

    What am I doing wrong?
