I have some mpeg2 files which are made by TMPGEnc.
Though I made them using DVD template, I have audio/video
sync problem with Ulead DVD plug-in (also MovieFactory)
when I convert them to VOB files.

Do someone know how to make VOB files from mpeg2 files
in cheaper way.
