    bbb,

sorry for the problems you are having.

I went to some one's Guides site (from here) and he/she fed me with
some pop up ad's and stuff and killed my internet (locked me from doing
any surfing, no matter how many links I clicked, I'd get a server not ready
    message)
That's why I hate going to peoples site here when they have ad's at the top
of there site (caues they want free space) and sometimes, these site can
    be DEADLY!!

All you guys, with ad's, I guess now you know why people (like myself) don't
go to your sites when you post Guides and things.

I'm back up again, had to dis-connect and then re-connect and close down
    my brownser windows, etc.

Give me a moment to set up, k?
If anything shoud happen, and we cannot communicat, go to my website's
forum and look for somethings (I haven't created it yet) "serving..."
I will post the .gif file for you to D/L and you can open in your brower windows.
    Look for "vhelp-mummy.gif" to D/L

    Ok,

I have the following up and running w/ firewall support:
    * WinMX
    * Gnucleus
    * Serv-U

You (anybody else) should be able to find this file:
    * "vhelp-mummy.gif" for D/L'ing

    bbb,

try the .gif file first, as it's only 2mb in size.

also, from which app, I had to run off one of them just for a moment, but it's
back on. I also have morpheus up as well.

and what about you? give me some file names to search on.

  5. Still on queue for the gif file. I found it but it won't download.

I'm on a firewall too. But you can try searching for (using Gnucleus): bbb-tmpgenclogo.gif

    ok,

I found your "bbb-tmpgenclogo.gif" file on Gnucleus but I can't
seem to D/L it. I have firewall up, but I found that in gnucleus, you
can allow D/L and Up/L'ing of file when you [x] the box for it in the
dialog box, ie, click menu/Edit...and then Firewall, and [x] check the
    "I am behind a firewall"

But, I can see someone is D/L'ing a file form me, as my bytes sent is
flying pretty fast. RU d/l'ng the 5th element clip ??

    bbb,

I ws able to D/L your "bbb-tmp..." file bur it was bogus!!
    All 600k of it!

It didn't open in my browser. I was exptecting it to be
an animation of some sort - nice to make me waist my
bandwidth on you!! I should shut you out for that, but I'm
    not like that!

so, I'll continue letting you D/L the clip
Oh, I've shortened the "the mummy returns" figthing scene.
so you don't have to d/l the 24mb file. It's down to 7mb.

    bbb,

ok, i disconnected the person completely. It was still downloading.
It was too confusing and frustrating not know what clip was being
downloaded - so I disconnected. Anyways, that person should be
able to see what it was w/ whatever he/she got so far.

The least that person could have done was let me know who it was
    that was D/L'ing.

Anyways, did you find out the firewall [x] check box ???

I noticed that you guys have problems sharing files with each other...
Why dont you use ICQ2001b to share your files? It is now the most powerfull way to share files, if you know the source (the other user name)...
Open ICQ, go to SERVICES, Shared Files, ACTIVATE SERVICE and thats all... Now you have a shared folder!!!

The new Shared Files feature lets you share a directory on your computer
with friends on your ICQ Contact List. They can browse and download files
from that directory. A file icon will appear next to the names of your
friends who activated this feature. As always, you can also exchange files

    >> Now you have a shared folder!!!

    Welp, U'm back. . .he he ...
...finally!! I know I've ben forgotten here, cause that's how it is!
But you have ta expect that here.

Ok, after searching for storage space, and to no avail - - I finally found some
new storage that I can UPload my sample(s) to.

    Now, for the samples, he,he...
I guess no one here really wants to see my lame DVD to VCD samples, do they?
Hogwash, he,he... I say. . .anyways, I needed to take a step back and look
at how I was going about these blocks issues - cuz it was driving me crazy too.
And, about the only thing I can come up with is - nothing! Nah, shouldn't say that.
Actually, I've managed to get quality of VCD to look good on even PC monitor.
Before, in my previous encodes to VCD, I had mostly blocks on PC, though not much
blocks noticable on TV. So, I guess I made some improvements in my method(s)
So, as I was saying, I've ben doing some more screwing around w/ this VCD stuff all
this week - enough to make my head spin!! But, have any of uses figured out how to
fix those nasty blocks in mummy returns yet?? And/or, have you all gone to other
DVD's to work on (and myabe found more blocks to drive ya crazy) . . .

...try and keep a calm head all
