I'm running OS X 10.3.5. And I can't to go further (10.3.9) anytime soon for compatibility reasons with other apps that I have. So I need to keep 10.3.5 in any case.
The weird thing is that with the previous ffmpegX (0.0.9t r4) and OS X 10.3.5, everything was OK...

I've reverted to these older binaries :
- http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/mplayerosx/ffmpegXbinaries20050814.zip
ffmpegX 0.0.9t r4 works again !
And so does ffmpegX 0.0.9w (OK, it complains as expected, but it works)
Thank you very much major. 8)
So my question is : with the older binaries, is it really interesting to keep the 0.0.9w version that complains every time, or shall I keep my older 0.09t r4 version instead, hoping that future binaries will be "more X.3.5 compatible" and will allow me to install the latest ffmpegX without hassle ? I hope this is not a stupid question. What do you think major ?

If you don't care about the new features (see http://ffmpegx.com/news.html ), you can keep the older version of the application.
