    hey how do i convert a .WMV to .MOV?

    There is no straight forward way that I am aware of. You would most likely have to convert to a different format first, such as wmv to mpg, then mpg to mov.

    The latest version ($30?) of QuickTime Pro will convert WMV to MOV ... assuming that the source WMV file isn't DRM-protected.

    If I remember correctly, ffmpeg should be able to convert WMV to MOV (again, assuming it's not DRM-protected, and I'm not sure about ffmpeg's support for WMV3/9... I'd have to check). I'm not sure whether or not mencoder can do it as well, but it probably can (under similar conditions).

    SUPER may also do it (since it uses ffmpeg and mencoder as well).
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?

    I got a copy of river past video cleaner from a freind, and I installed quicktime but for some reason when i to the video output .mov wont show up
