Hi,
I use HFX pro v4.6.7 build 34. I use premiere pro 1.5 for editing. Under "effects" tab of
premiere, in video transition I found a folder named Pinnacle. Under which there is only one
transition "hollywood FX 4.6". But there are many other wonderfull transitions which arenot
seen inpremiere. I would like to use all those inpremiere 1.5. Could you please guide me to
the process of doing that? Itried to "user manual" but that did not help much.
Please help.![]()

Hi src2206,
Welcome to the forums.
Have a look in your directory equivalent to: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Premiere Pro 1.5\Plug-ins\
...are the effects located in there? If so, try moving them / the folder they're in into the \Common\ directory that's the next one down, i.e.: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Premiere Pro 1.5\Plug-ins\Common\There is some corner of a foreign field that is forever England: Telstra Stadium, Sydney, 22/11/2003.

Hi daamon
,
Thank you for your reply. In my default plugin directory I found 2 HFX files which I have copied in 'common' folder. But sorry to say, that did not help. I can still see only one HFX transition in Premiere under Pinnacle folder located in 'effects' tab of 'project window. After placing that transition in the timeline,(only this single HFX transition is usable) when I open 'effect control' window there is a button labelled as 'custom'.Clicking on that button opens HFX editor with all types of transition but I can not import/use any of them in premiere..
Please help -
Hmm... SOrry to here that didn't help. Have you sought advice from the providers of the HFX effects as to where they should be put / how they should be installed?
Also, try searching for / asking your question in the forums at www.wrigleyvideo.com/videotutorial
I don't use those effects, so can't help beyond what I've already suggested.
