No Volume in VLC playing BIN Files

Im new to BIN files in general and just recently download the VLC. I dont know what to do because I have 2 BIN files and niether work with the player. Ive played other types of files with the player and they work, just not BIN files.

In general, BIN files are CD images and cannot be played directly. However BIN is a very generic extension, so if you don't know anything about them, I'd assume they are CD images. If you do know something about them, then please share.
