He's not looking for a crack. Or at least he's not asking for one (IMHO).

What he wants to know is will CCE 2.5SP *work* with DVD2SVCD.

    The answer is *yes*.

However, if you use the demo version it will add a CinemaCraft logo to the video sequence.

If you want to eliminate the logo, get out your wallet.

  4. I guess you are drawing the question. What is meant by "work"? Can DVD2SVCD frameserve to CCE like it can to TMPGEnc?

  5. the light version is $250

anyways most multimedia processing software is expensive because they beleive the professionals that use it will make more than enough to cover the 4 grand (the 2 processor version is so expensive they dont even put the price on the site

i have to say maybe cce is faster and the quality is a bit better than tmpgenc.. but tmpgenc is great even if it were say $100.. but its awesome for free. it makes svcds fine (that burn and play fine on my dvd player)as well as xvcd and xsvcd

cce produces professional quality and for $3980 i would expect no less

  6. Another problem with TMPGEnc is that it's MPEG-2 capabilities have timer on them.

1 - there was a question for a crack, and I reacted to that. The message was edited afterwards, and the word crack was removed.

2 - Helldog, As stated before, you can use the demo version, but it has two limitations; A - there will be a logo in your picture, and B - you can only encode for five minutes.

CCE 2.5 (and only 2.5) will work correctly with DVD2SVCD. I have started using DVD2SVCD this week, and I have to say that I am thrilled about the quality of CCE. I encoded dozens of (S)VCD's with TMPGEnc, and CCE has a far better quality in my opinion.

I will mail you for more background information.

    Regards
    The Dutchman
