Is it possible to keep the CC with TMPGEnc DVD Author? Every time I make a disc, it removes the captions. I'd like to keep them if possible.

If you have to encode the video, then they are gone. Get an authoring program that can insert them during the authoring process.
However, if you DON'T encode, then they are still there, but you have to go into IFOEdit to enable LINE21 data. Open IFOEdit, open the VIDEO_TS.IFO file, double-click on your video, and check the "CC for Line 21" "field 1 in GOP" box.
Save, then exit.ICBM target coordinates:
26° 14' 10.16"N -- 80° 16' 0.91"W -
Subtitles are on factory DVDs, captions are done on the TV. These are recordings, not retail DVDs, so they are CC, not subtitled. There's no encoding, I just edit the commercials out, make menus and burn.
