I've been using tmpgenc express for a while now, and it has worked fine everytime. But i just built a new computer and encoded something and it turned out perfect.
Problem is, i recently downloaded some codecs because something wasn't working, and now my tmpgenc express encodes video to like 5fps. If i look the file up using mediainfo, it shows it at 30fps like normal, but it plays so choppy.
Ok, i'll prob never guess which codec is screwing with me, so i need a guide on how to delete every codec correctly and then the correct order to install them in and which ones to install. I found a guide like that once, but i can't find it again.
thx if you can help

DXMan and CodecSniper should be able to assist.
If in doubt, Google it.
