    VIDEO_TS folders of video,
or Tune Smithy Files ( .ts)?

If VIDEO_TS files, you can use on a mac:

DVD Player, with the OPEN Video_TS folder option to play
VLC Player, with the File Open option to view

As for archiving, if you just want to burn them off, then collect
as many you want/will fit and burn them off in the DVD_UDF format.
If you want to burn them off as DVDs, then you can use the
Author from Video_TS option in Toast....
"Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

If those ts files are transport streams (from, say, digital television), you'd be better off converting them to a more QuickTime-friendly format like .DV. Use MPEG Streamclip for that.

If you want to author high definition DVDs (if those transport streams are HD), you'll need DVD Studio Pro 4 for that.
