i have a amd k6-2 450 mhz proccesor, and ive tryed alot of programs like panasonic encoder, sing encoder, tmpgenc, and like 5 more, and none of them work, i think its cuz my computer is too slow, but is there any programs that will work with my computer? thanx

I've owned both a K6-2 350 and a K6-2 500,... I don't think they're too slow for creating and playing MPEG or VCD files. You may have trouble playing back MPEG2 or SVCD files though.
The problem may have more to do with your hardware configuration, drivers etc. You may have to spend sometime working out how to get you system to perform multimedia tasks more efficiently.
My experience with the K6-2 taught me that the computer is capable, but it takes a bit of effort on your part to get things running smoothly. Don't expect Windows to solve your problems - it won't!
