Hello All. Several seasons of a downloaded series were encoded at 25fps. I'm not sure why, as the sound is obviously sped up when played on the computer and stand-alone (DVP-642) when you compare them to the 23.98 episodes. Anyway, is there way to slow them down to 23.98 without losing too much quality? I'm on a Mac, but can borrow a PC.
Thanks!

Look in the guides for PAL <---> NTSC conversions.
That is why the guides are there!
