I have extracted some subtitles from a vob to burn into an encode. However, when I use the VTS_01_0.IFO file (or any of the IFO files from the DVD), I get the greyscale equivalent of the color the subs are supposed to be. The subs are black with a green fill on the DVD, in the encode using the IFO they have a grey fill, and the encode without the IFO has no fill/clear. What step am I missing? This happens whether or not I use the IFO straight off the DVD or from the ripped decrypted VIDEO_TS folder.
