    hey guys
ive looked around for a while trying to find a tool to do this for me but no luck ...i have a pal movie that i wanna convert to ntsc -just the movie menus dont matter- so i grabbed the movie and related streams with dvd decrypter and used dgpulldown to change the frame rate

now i wanna crop 48p from the top and bottom of the mpeg ...and i cant seem to find a program to do it for me (without going to avi -which is not an option since ill be going right back to mpeg)

so my latest thought was to use avisynth but after i crop it i dunno what program i can stream it to to remux the video, audio and subs - but i seem to remember (although i coudnt find anything about this ) that avisynth can write the stream to a file for you

anybody know how? or just a simple editing program that will let me crop the mpeg?!

    thanks guys

Your process requires re-encoding, so you can use avisynth along with an encoder like TMPGEnc to create a new mpeg file.
