    hi ..

    i am searching for a tools allow me to cupter or render a part (Square ,circle..etc )from Mpeg files ..

    i mean a selection you can make anywere inside the frame ..

    for example if i have a recorded file has 3 persons ,, i want to render one and leave the Others..

    any help ..

    Look to my that you are talking about editing not rendering. That is if you want to take stuff of the video or put stuff in. Look at video editors....
