MPEG2 to XviD makes beep sound using Flaskmpeg?

I can't seem to find any information about this in the search forum options.

When I try to encode MPEG2 files [capturing using my tv card] to xvid using Flaskmpeg 0.7.8.39, the picture freezes and there's a little audio playing and then there's a beep sound with the video playing in slow motion.

Any thoughts?
