The second link is the most comprehensive.
The problem you have is driver related (obviously), but you need to work out under what circumstances it occurs for us to help any further.
FWIW, I had a real problem with this error when I upgraded my DSL from 256 to 1.5MB. I had to reinstall the USB modem drivers to make the change, and from that point on I would get the BSOD at random times when connected to the net.
In the end, the only solution was to replace the modem with one that connected to the PC via ethernet instead of USB. If it appears that yours is modem related and you use a USB connection, switch to ethernet and the problem will go away.Read my blog here.

See if a Red or Green Screen causes less problems.
On a serious note, a few bits of information might help us though. What OS are you running? What did you install (if anything) recently when this started happening? What primary task are you doing when this happens? Have you checked your device manager for IRQs?
We may still have a few questions for you, but this will help us to start troubleshooting with you. -
im using windows xp, the last piece of hardware i installed was a microsoft fingerprint scanner and mouse, the last bit of software was info media
at the time of blue scrteen i have been having problems with my modem connecting to the internet, running bitcomet (not for illegal downloading but, uthum relaxation video) and the one thing giving me problems is my dvd-writer, ive been putting in dvd-rs and trying to find the bit rates, it works fine when i do normal start-up but after blue screen the next start up all disks are shown as data disks and not dvd's so i carnt asscess and dvd-r's, this may be the problem -
SOunds like you need a reinstall of the DVD software. You may also want to see if there's a firmware update for your burner, but try to clear up the problem first. You don't want a problem to pop up halfway through your flash, otherwise you'll have a really expensive paperweight. :/
It may not hurt to try to reinstall your modem and possibly see if there are driver updates for some of your other pieces of hardware. I bought a brand new motherboard 6 months ago. About 2 months ago I was having some blue screen problems myself. I ran the updates on my computer, but it did nothing. I had to physically search for new versions to download, and then install them. Suddenly, everything ran better than it did brand new. I had installed both Audio and video driver updates to get rid of my problem. -
im gona completely reinstall everything in the next few weeks, il start from scratch and just wipe the system
