Batch Encoder Mpeg1 > Xvid normalize audio

I'm have a lot ! of mpeg1 video cilps i need to covert to Xvid + mp3 and i want to normalize the audio, So i need somthing i can just add all the clips in one go and batch encode them.

I set gain to Auto using Lame @ 128k but they still seem to be at all different volume levels still.
