    I have a Hitachi DVDCam. Lately I've been getting data errors as I record. Now I cannot close out and finalize the DVD via the camcorder. Is there any way around this. Can I close out the mini DVD via my computer and with what software/hardware? Please, can ne1 help me? This d@mn DVDcam has ruined my kids birthday and Easter!!!!!! Thanks in advance to your replies.

    you need to do it in the camcorder i think ...

    dvdcams are crap -- maybe you can sell it ...
