There's a HOW TO section on the left to start with <--------

    https://www.videohelp.com/convert

You need a program like tmpgenc that convert your source to mpeg 2 (dvd mode). Then you can "author" that into a dvd structure for burning. The authoring program, like ulead dvd movie factory, is what is used to make menus and the like. Then you get two folders to burn - a video_ts folder and a audio_ts folder. They go on the dvd. You don't have to see that, most authoring programs can burn the folders for you so you don't have to find it.

Do a little more reading so you get comfortable with it and when you have some more specific questions feel free to come back and we'll try to help.

EDIT - I didn't see that they already are mpegs. Chances are you can already author them. Load them into an authoring program like ulead dvd movie factory. It will tell you if they are in dvd format or not. If they are you can go ahead and make menu and author it. If it isn't dvd ready than you have to convert it.
Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

  3. If you just want to watch the video on TV you can try burning the MPEG file on an ISO data DVD. Some DVD players can play these.

If you want to have a DVD that will work on just about any DVD player you need to "author" it. It may not be necessary to re-encode your MPEG file, it could be DVD compatible already.

If you need to re-encode you can use just about any MPEG encoder program (TMPGEnc Plus, Cinema Craft Encoder, etc). Most all-in-one DVD packages can encode and master -- Ulead DVD MovieFactory, NeroVision Express, etc. They generally don't do quite as good a job, or at least aren't as flexible, as using separate programs for each function.
