-I disagree with you.It is from a very LEGAL tv show here in the U.S., and that is exactly what he is saying on the show (besides the fact that the image is not illegal in ANY country).

It's from Wonder Showzen.
Cunhambebe, just drop it already. You're not disagreeing with me, you're disagreeing with the law.

I can’t agree with your statement back there since the image you have uploaded depicts a black (Afro-American) child under 18 in a situation that shows clearly hatred and with the words That’s Racism (even though the child seems to say “you bastard”).
For me, it doesn’t really matter if this image was aired on American TV, even because most people around here on the site, which it seems to be an intl’ site, may not be aware of the kind of attractions shown on American TV as though the “rest of the world” was forced to know what’s it on your Networks. And besides, I still don't understand why you have uploaded such a GIF since at any moment my discussion was intended to reinforce racism.
BTW, one definition of racism is that one of denying access, when someone, someway doesn’t grant people the right go back and forth wherever and whenever they want, denying access in certain places such as clubs, universities, schools, jobs, public transportation, hospitals and churches basically because of color/racial origin. This kind of thing, I would like to remember you, was very common not a long time ago in certain countries where there were separate public toilets for the white and for the black people, not to mention many more examples such as the right to vote, just to mention a few and the least ugly ones. This image as aired on American TV may not be considered offensive or illegal in that context of the television itself, but here on the web, it seems to be, since the rest of world are definitely not aware of what it is aired on your "local TV" and therefore could misunderstand what you really wanted to mean, specially uploading a GIF showing the words "that’s racism" - what you did it on purpose, without a doubt! If this was not enough, I can’t see how you could possibly know all other countries’ laws to state that the image is not illegal in ANY country. I hope you understand my point of view here
Cheers.

Way to threadjack, Cunhambebe.
Regardless of your long-winded rant and obvious anti-U.S. feelings, the facts still stand.
The kid is yelling "That's racist!" (nothing else, no matter what you percieve) in response to a previous scene where a puppet says something questionable. The mere posting of that gif is not illegal in any country (so far). I am not a lawyer, but I work in law and have researched it.
The bottom line is it was meant as a joke to go along with the other jokes being posted. Why you took it personally is beyond me. Other than that, enjoy this thread
