  1. when i tried loading a .mkv in vdub mod it gave this error? anyone know what this means?

    it only support s_text subs. try use mkvextract and extract all video,audio, subs and then use it.

  3. for some reason when i try extracting to my output directory it doesnt work. it saids extration completed but nothing there. is there any other program you can recommend me to use?

    Works fine here. Make sure that you have a recent version of mkvextract (mkvtoolnix).

    To get rid of that error though all you really need to do is remux using mmg/mkvmerge and leave out the vobsubs. Still could be more errors (native AVC, VFR, etc.). VDubMod's mkv support is simply out of date, hence the popup warning when you first run it suggesting that you use something else.
