If this bill passes
"when a user accepts Microsoft’s Windows operating system on that new computer, or Norton AntiVirus, or Apple’s operating system or a host of other online-upgradable programs, that user agrees to being watched by the company."
This is only for Oklahoma. But if it does pass, it will set a precedent for other states to follow. Since Microsoft helped write this bill, I'm sure they'd be more than happy to spread it throughout the US.
