    When I open the AVI video I want to encode it says "can not open file, or unsupported" the vid works fine through all my players and opens in virtual dub ... I dont hava clue what it is!

    maybe a search in the forum would produce some answers... but you will prob have to convert the audio to .wav and load the divx for video and the .wav for audio.

    option> enviromental setting> VFAPI, set direct show multimedia file reader to higher priority.
