  1. I have converted an AVI movie to vcd format and burned it to a cd, But when I tried to play it on my vcd player, the sound quality was very bad. I turend on the volume but i couldn't hear much.
Does anybody know how to improve the sound quality before you convert the movie to vcd?

  3. Download cooledit. Change the volume, and run the noise reduction filters, that should do the trick

  4. Another choice is Vegas Video. Sonic Foundry earned their reputation for excellence making outstanding audio software. A bit pricy if you are just a hobbist, but if you want the best, there is no better choice for the near limitless possibilites (unlimited tracks too) with Vegas Video.
