    hi, im looking for a site or program that can tell me what my graphics card is, what my ram is and all the other stuff, i thionk its an olf version of windows so it may be hard to just check like u would with win xp

    p.s its a second hand computer im checking and not my primary, i ofcourse know what i have

    SIW is my favorite. Gives you detailed info on the hardware of the computer and most all software on it.

  5. Have you tried

    "Start> run> dxdiag"?

    Dxdiag (Direct-X Diagnostic) will give you multiple pages of information about your computer. I know it works in Win 98SE and XP.

  6. I use Everest myself. Its a great program. Lots of detailed information on all things from installed equipment to fan speeds.
