Yes. Do you mean the WMV 9 codecs ? Windows Media Encoder / Windows Movie maker perhaps ?

now im sorry i think i made a mistake what i really wanted to ask for was if ist possible to download a WMP HDDVD authoring tool, in micro... site they give you a email addres so you can ask for it, but i had no anwers from them... so i was wondering if you could help me, maybe there is another tool capable of doing the same thing right??
