    Hello,

    Im using Tmpgenc express to convert a movie.
    Im just not sure what I should select for the following settings.

    Rate Control Mode: CBR or VBR??

    Audio format: MPEG-1 Audio layer 2 or Linear PCM???

    Well I tend to use constant bitrate (cbr) just because.

    For space reasons use mp2 audio. Its compressed and pcm isn't.

    Use a bitrate calculator to determine what bitrate is required for your movie. If the bitrate is less than 7500, I would use 2-pass vbr.
