How do I convert to Ringtone

Question
I've got an Audiovoxx 9900 Cell Phone. Looked everywhere for a free ringtone of the tones sequence from the soundtrack Close encounters of the 3rd Kind, and I can't find one.. Thinking is it possible to rip that portion from the soundtrack of my DVD copy of the Movie, and convert it somehow to a ringtone? And if it is possible, how do I get it into my Cell Phone?

the five notes the scientists play are G, A, F, (octave lower) F, C. When they arrive at the tower and are attempting communication, the notes they play are B flat, C, A flat, (octave lower) A flat, E flat.
