What exactly does the "aggressive" mode in DVD Decrypter do that the "normal" mode doesn't? Should I be using that mode if I run into a problem disc?
I've had the program in "normal" mode since I started using it, just looking for further clarification, and can't find anything using search. Thanks for any assistance with this folks!

AFAIK this could relate to one of two areas:
1. Physically damaged discs, error retries and that sort of thing
2. Decryption keys, "brute force" mode and that sort of thing
I believe that DVDDecrypter with the right settings can continue to rip by just "skipping" unreadable sectors after so many retries so it may be related to that.
Or it could control the sensitivity behind switching into brute force mode to break decryption of VOBs - over the years I've seen some commercial DVDs require keychecks a ridiculous amount of times. If in doubt, Google it.
