    I tried saving the file from KeepVid.com which allows you to save embedded video files which should be .flv, but this file wasn't. It was html.

    What am I doing wrong?

    What size is the resulting file?

    One thing to try, if the file is larger than the average .html page, is make a copy of the file (just to be safe) and then change the extension of the copied file from .html to .flv, and see if it's actually the movie you wanted, just with an incorrect name/extension.
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
