  1. Hi all..

    I used to d/l movies frm the net and sometimes i encounter a problem like the video is gud and audio is too low to be heard..

    it mainly happens for AC3 audio.. so i d/l AC3 ACM and the problem was fixed..

    but now i got some movies and the sudio compression is MP3 and in this too the audio is too low..

    i searched this forum to find out solutions but its all mainly on AC3 files..

    so started this new post..

    need help at once..

    I just use VirtualDub Mod. There is a volume adjustment when you select 'Full Processing' in 'Streams'. Re-encode the audio and use 'Direct Stream Copy' for the video. I believe there is a program that can do it without re-encoding the audio, but can't recall the name.

  3. Wow wat a fast reply.. but is there any proggie which does the increase the volume without recoding or encoding..

    like for a audio file we can juz inc the volume and juz play..

    Is the proggie called Goldwave ??

    Here's a link to a thread that discussed that program, I believe. It sounds like you would have to demux the audio, modify it, then remux it with the video, though.
