    Not worth the price.

Can do everything this software does with freeware alternatives.

$100 is a bit steep for software that

    a. (as was pointed out) does nothing that free tools don't do better
    b. doesn't actually work on encrypted discs

You can get it for $39.00 if you have 1Click DVD Copy 4.2. You use the registration key when you purchase Pro. I like DVD95Copy because it automaticaly compresses the extras to 30%( you can change that ratio). But on DVD95 you can't view each title set. And I like CloneDVD2 because you can view each title set and decide to delete which ones you don't want to have in the copied DVD (for example the comming atractions) but you can't vary the compression of the title sets (for example the extras where they tell about the making of the movie). I typically like to delete all of the comming attactions but keep the rest of the extras. With this software, I can compress the extras that are about making the movie to about 30%. I don't care about the quality of these extras.

I already have AnyDVD installed and had 1Click DVD Copy 4.2. DVD Shrink 3.2 does most of the above but you have to have the movie already riped to the hard drive. True you can use DVDFab Decrypter (best and its updated frequently) or DVD Decrypter to rip and they are free. But 1Click Pro is the most convenient because its all in one. Time and testing will tell if it yields the best results with the larger movies.

If you have AnyDVD installed, you can use Shrink without ripping first.

That said, ripping to the HDD, then processing the video, is much faster and puts less stain on your optical drive than transcoding on the fly. I don't rip with Shrink for exactly that reason.

  6. This is to the MODERATOR of this forum.

I looked in the "TOOLS" section and did not see " 1CLICK DVD Copy - Pro™". Also no reference in the "LATEST VIDEO TOOLS HISTORY" at the home page of this web site.

Do you plan to add it?

    Thank you
