    Is there a way to extract episodes from an episodic disc one by one? I can do this if I want to burn them and create video_TS and audio_TS folders, however, is there any other way to rip them perfectly, say directy out in MPEG2 format, or any way in which they can be burned as data files?

    DVD Decrypter in IFO Mode (up at the top, Mode->IFO).
    PGCDemux, after you have the entire DVD on the hard drive. It can create a PGC Vob.
