Problem with Shrink

using latest build of shrink 3.2.0.15

i get this error message

nope it stops and DVD shrinnk which is exactly when i recieved the error message ?

i installed svs shrink after i installed svcd2dvd , i'am wondering if i try unintsalling and reinstalling svcd2dvd with dvd shrink already on my pc if it would work ?

i reinstalled svcd2dvd and it still have the same problem
