    Okay, I'm looking for a way to either use Nero Recode or burn DVD's (with either Nero or DVDDecrypter) with regular ordinary non-DVD files added in the same way I've seen countless commerical discs done.

    Now I know there has to be a way, but I haven't found it yet.

    Honestly, this sort of knowledge would be of great value to lots of people for a variety of projects, not just me and my projects.

    in nero burning rom select dvd-video, add the video_ts folder and then add all data files to a new folder or in the root folder.

    All I get is an error message saying "No compatible file found"... never mind the fact that it let me select a non-DVD file to begin with. Go figure!
