  1. I have an MPEG video which is 148 MB in size. However, I really need to somehow compress it down to 100MB or under. Does anyone have any ideas how I could do this without actually editing it?!?!?

    Any help appreciated.

    Cheers.

You would have to re-encode it but since you would be reducing the file size down by 1/3 of the original size I wouldn't expect to see the same level of quality. In other words it will look bad or at least a substantial level of quality less than it is now.
