How do you mean, have another audio stream attached to it ?
Do you mean you hear two audio track at the same time ?
If so, does one come from one speaker, and the second from the other speaker ?
Or do they just talk over the top of one ?

If it is two voices form different channels (speakers) then demux the audio to wav, load it into an audio editor and copy the channel you want over the channel you don't. Save the results, re-encode and re-author.

Demuxing can be done with PGCDemux
Audio Editing can be done with Audacity
Encoding can be done with ffmpgegui

If the two voices are mixed on a single track, talking over the top of each other, then there is pretty much nothing you can do.

Maybe this will help, but you'll have to read-up to
figure out how to do it!

The separation worked in their examples, although the
    quality isn't perfect.

I assume the file is an RMVB file !!

Convert it to Mpeg 1 using WinAvi Converter to Pal 352x288 ratio 16.9.

Then use Dvd Author to create the dvd.

When adding the films click Bilingual (2 Channel).

Once Dvd is burned you can select between the two !!!

Only full D1 resolution can be authored as 16:9 and remain compliant.

I have a similar problem in that I have RMVB files which I converted to AVI-DivX files using ffmpegX on the Macintosh. On the computer, I can choose which audio channel to playback along with with the movie.

When I record the movie as DivX disc (to playback on a commercial DVD player which supports DivX playback), I lose the ability to choose the left and right channels and the two audio tracks become one (played back one over the other). The DivX disc is recorded using Titanium Toast7.

Is there anything out there on the Mac platform which can help me in this?
