    Sometimes you download the whole movie sometimes in 15 or more parts and then find out that it's not in the english language or of a bad quality.
    Is there a way that you can check the quality of the movie from 1 part only ?

    That's the price of downloading a unknown file. At least in the case of most torrent files, they tell you what the format of the file is when you look at the torrent description. It generally lists the languages available and may have comments on quality, etc. Some also have a sample of the video and you can just select that and download it by itself.

    If you are using a program like Emule, you can use VLC to preview a video before it's completely downloaded. This won't work for .rar or .zip format.

    This discussion is, of course, concerning legal non-copyrighted video content.
