Nero Cd-DVD Speed 4.50 touts as a new feature, "added seperate [sic] Create Disc function . . . . "
This update description (complete with misspelling of "separate") is everywhere on the net in various forums, but for the life of me I can't find out WHAT this "create disc" function is used for from within CD-DVD Speed.
Neither Nero's nor the author's website seem to shed any light on this subject.
Sooooo, what can I do with this "new feature?"

It appears to allow the burning of a test CD by the program.
It does not appear to allow the burning of a data CD from your files.
Ditto for DVD burning. -
Yes, but a "test" for what? That's also what isn't clear.
Maybe I'm overlooking the obvious, but . . . . ?
