I have been ripping dvd's for a few years with very few problems, now however since reformatting my hard drive the volume on burnt dvd's seem to be a lot lower.
I find i have to turn my speakers up to nearly full just to be able to listen. I don't have a problem with any other applications ie Wintv.
Any help would be great.

I 'm going to take a wild guess that you didn't get the correct audio drivers installed.

It only happens with dvd's though so it can't be the audio drivers. They are the same drivers i was using before without this problem?
