Need a DVD player recommendation

I do not really need HDMI function. I just need a good DVD player to play DVD, DVD +R, DVD -R, VCD and SVCD. DivX and XviD are a plus. It also has to have good sound quality. I prefer Panasonic, but does not have to be. since I already have Panasonic TV, Receiver and VCR (Need to be replaced), I will also get a Panasonic DVD recorder as soon as new recorder released. Any recommendation?
