    I couldn't find a suitable forum for this, so I am posting here.
    Does anyone know where I can find a short clip that looks like a TV powering off?
    It should be fading to black & have a small white line in the middle.
    Thanks for any tips.

    I think the opening credit of the twight light zone has the footage that you can use.

    You can also create this yourself with most slide show program. Slide 1 is white, Slide two is Black with one white line, Fade Slide 1 into slide 2.
