How do you convert a avi. movie file from 640 x 272 that has borders on the top to 720 x 480 the does not have borders?,
and still have a good quailty movie..and what program would you use to burn it to a dvd disc...i am new to this..thank you....

you could just use "THE FILM MACHINE" or one of the other one click programs listed in the tool section on the left

i have tried the film machine and cce sp but it was very slow,,,what do you recommed that would be the fastest? thank you

Well a quick way would be to get a divx capable dvd player (around $50 these days). Then you could just burn it as it is and not convert at all.

1600 will cut the time in 1/2, 3200 cuts it to 1/4...you get the picture.
