    My Hitachi dv-p345 suddenly refuses to load DVD-discs. Error message BAD DISC is displayed. CD-audio discs is possible to play. There are no error on the DVD-discs, they work OK in other player. Does anyone have some help to offer?

    get a new dvd player - or try cleaning it ...
