  1. Ok, I have about 60 .avi movies downloaded from the net. I have a dvd player that plays vcd/cd-r/cd-rw, etc. I want to be able to watch the movies on my dvd player, but when encode a movie using LSX Encoder, under the profile Video CD PAL, everything encodes fine... as if it were that simple. But when I load either Nero 5.5.4 or Easy CD 4, both burning prog's say that the file in encoded into the wrong format. And pinpoints either the frame rate, audio settings, or something else as the culprit. Can anyone tell me something I'm missing? Am I using the wrong settings in LSX Encoder? should I be overriding the error messages on the burning software? Please, this is very frustrating and I need some help. Thanks in advance

I had that problem......WHEN I WAS A NEWBIE (no offense). Two things, make sure that you encoded it to the right VCD Format, and second after you finished converting the VCD, use this program http://www.dvd-wizards.com/vcdhelp/MPEG-Corrector.zip so that either NERO or Easy CD Creator could accept your converted VCD.

*THIS PROGRAM IS TO BE USED ON MPG'S (VCD) FORMAT ONLY !!!!!*
