    Is it possible to make a dvd that loops a 30 second video over and over?

    I use Sony Architect

    Yes. Just make sure the video is the first play object, and links to itself.

    Open a new project.
    Right-Click on the base level of the tree (untitled, by default) an select insert media. Add you 30 second video.
    Right-Click on Menu 1 (created by default) and delete it.
    Right-Click on your video in the tree and select Set DVD Start
    Under Media Properties, click on End Action, and make sure Command is set to LInk, and Destination is set to the video itself.
