    hi i have a vivo in my tv card and i need a recomadation for a saftware to watch with.
    i dont want to capture, just watch.

    any card you bought should have came w/ software? is this a video card w/ VIVO or a dedicated TV card?

    You might try VLC media player and use 'Open Capture Device' in the 'File' menu. VLC is very configurable, plays most anything with it's own codecs, and it's freeware.
